Hello again! And welcome to our game: WhatToDoWithYou!

Our last week of the production sprint is done! And we're proud to show you what we have!

We have given our dash ability a little "upgrade". More specifically we have added some particle effects, a little bit of a screenshake, and also a UI-element to show whether you still have your dash available!

Our swing ability has also gotten a little more love from us, in the sense that it got a complete rework. You can quickly feel the difference in the feeling of last week's swing and this week's. We have also removed the sphere and given it an actual mesh, and it also has a UI indicator!

While we're still on the topic of UI, we have implemented a pause menu that totally completely works and doesn't have any bugs that lets you move while the pause menu has been pressed ;). (Don't worry, we'll fix this next week.)

We also added a timer to see how long it takes to complete the game, can you beat our score?

Your time will be saved in the leaderboard sub-menu of the main menu. (They will be saved in seconds).

And last but not least (for the UI part of the devlog), we have added some signs to help you guys remember what control-combo's to use.

Now, we have been busy decorating our levels to make them feel alive, or sometimes exactly the opposite ;). Here are some snippets of what you might see while playing the game.

And the last part we want to share is the fact that we have added sound in the game. Now, unless PNG's, JPG's and GIF's suddenly decide to let you hear sounds, you'll have to play the game to actually hear it :)

As we said in the beginning, this was our last week of the production sprint. "Wait, is it all over now?" I can hear you guys think. No! We still have 2 more weeks of polish in which we will polish (duh) the game a little more, but we won't be adding any new features that we haven't created yet. The end is near, and we're ready to give it our all for these last 2 weeks!
